刘凤华

刘凤华,博士,北京农学院动物科技学院教授,基础兽医学、临床兽医学硕士生导师。中国农业大学临床兽医学中西医结合方向合作培养博士生导师。国家生物芯片工程研究中心畜禽健康养殖分中心筹备负责人。研究方向:畜禽应激及中药调控;中兽药、中药饲料添加剂研制与开发。社会兼职:中兽药产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长;全国饲料评审委员会委员;家畜环境卫生学会常务理事,副秘书长;兽医食品卫生学分会常务理事。2009年获得首都教育先锋科技创新个人、2010年获得北京市三八红旗奖章。2012年获得北京市师德先进个人、北京市高校第九届教学名师、北京市房山区政府农业顾问。

承担动物科学、动物医学本科家畜环境卫生学、动物行为学、饲料添加剂等课程;承担研究生环境与生态,畜禽中药添加剂等专题课程。

科研成果:

2013年禽用保健型中兽药关键技术研究开发与应用获得北京市科技进步二等奖;以第一完成人获得禽用系列中兽药的研发与推广获得北京市人民政府农业推广二等奖,地方科技进步二等奖。作为主持人和副主持人进行猪、牛中兽药的开发研制。

生猪药食同源中药动物保健技术成果的应用与推广获得北京市农业技术推广三等奖(1/10)北京市人民政府,2016.12.

2009年主持的“石香颗粒”, 农业部三类新兽药(2009)新兽药证字37号,农业部新药审评中心(第一完成人)。已经成果转化。

主持禽用系列中兽药10项(四类)新兽药开发并获得新兽药证书。

获得国家发明专利“一种用于防治畜禽热应激综合症的药物”,(第一发明人,ZL200710175640.6);“评价暑热证及中药药效的基因芯片”,(第一发明人,ZL20091014954.1);“一种镇静安神的中兽药” (第一发明人,ZL201310352820.2)“一种用于提高畜禽生产性能的药物(第二,ZL2007101755535.2)”。一种治疗腹泻的中兽药及其制备方法(第一发明人,ZL201310354002.6)。主编、副主编、参编著作或教材10余部,主编由中国农业科技出版社出版的《天然物饲料添加剂研制指南》,主编《家畜环境卫生学》获得北京市精品教材及普通高等教育十一五精品课程建设教材称号。中国农业出版社出版的《安全优质肉鸡生产》及《安全优质肉羊生产》,《生态养肉鸡》等10多部;在国内外发表论文70多篇。

近年来,在中兽医药动物保健技术成果是北京农学院中关村开放实验室许剑琴和刘凤华教授科研团队经过20多年的不懈努力,历经千次试验取得成功。特点是把中医养生理论用于规模化、标准化生猪养殖保健,通过调理动物亚健康状态,在饲料中杜绝添加化药、抗生素,在生态、福利环境下生产安全优质动物产品,猪肉品质及生产性能显著提高。经农业部农产品质量监督检验测试中心30多批次检测证实,胆固醇含量为普通猪肉的1/2以下;不饱和脂肪酸含量为普通猪肉的3-6倍,把12个月以上年猪的风味在6个月之内表达出来,颠覆了目前猪肉品质的相关指标。在安全基础上,风味及营养品质大幅度提升,实现中兽医药破题动物源性食品安全。
